DIY Christmas Wreath – A little Felt Ball Magic

DIY Feltball Felt ball Christmas Wreath

I have long admired the work of Natalie at Little Puddles. Her felt ball creations are just gorgeous…and so this Christmas, I wanted to have a little of this felt ball magic in Abby’s room.

As Natalie and I live in the same leafy suburb, I ducked over to pick up my kit and introduce myself in person. Was I surprised to find someone so friendly and bubbly answering the door?…No! How can you be in a bad mood when you’re surrounded by beautiful things and so much colour? The Little Puddles studio is a gorgeous little space where Natalie’s designs come to life; packed top to bottom with felt balls in every colour imaginable.

From the outside, it may appear that I have ordered a take-away pizza, but the minute I opened that cardboard box…IT WAS LOVE!

I chose the DIY Christmas wreath kit in the “Christmas Snow” colour theme. Something neutral to blend in with the colourful madness that has become my daughter’s room.

From the outside, it may appear that I had ordered a take-away pizza, but the minute I opened that cardboard box…IT WAS LOVE! Inside was a sea of beautiful felt balls, colourful instructions and a little woodlands deer. Everything you need to make your wreath is included along with extra felt balls and twine so that you can make a matching garland. Bonus!

The only other thing you need apart from the Little Puddles DIY kit is a hot glue gun. You can then glue yourself into felt ball, Christmas craziness.

A little note before I go. As crafters and DIYers, we tend to try and source things ourselves. Do yourself a favour and buy the complete kit from Little Puddles. The quality and colour of the felt balls is second to none. You won’t regret it.

Happy gluing.
